You will understand Sahaja Yoga is a central point of everything. Everything in the centre one should try to bring, not one extreme to another extreme. If you talk too much and jabber too much and if you are fast, try to reduce your speed by alertly looking at it. You have to be alert. See – “My speed is going up. There’s no need for me to talk. Let me stop.” But those who do not talk at all, also not good. So those who talk or those who do not talk have to understand only one thing: whatever we talk, we talk in the centre. Once you understand that, your responses to things will be absolutely central, balanced and beautiful.
